Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha’s 50% right shares worth Rs 1.89 crore added in the right share pipeline

The 50% right share of Samata Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has been added in the right pipeline by the Securities Board of Nepal on Chaitra 13, 2074. The board has added 1.89 lakh unit shares of the microfinance worth Rs 1.89 crore. NIBL ACE Capital Limited has been appointed as the issue manager for the right share issue. Its paid up capital remains at Rs 3.79 (including 20% bonus shares from the net profit of FY 2073/74) crore with reserve of Rs1.42 crore in Q2. After the adjustment of 50% right shares its paid up capital will stand at Rs 5.68 crore.
