Sahayogi Vikas Bank to distribute bonus shares directly into Demat accounts

Sahayogi Vikas Bank Limited will be distributing its bonus shares directly into the Demat accounts of the shareholders. The microfinance company had declared 20% bonus shares in its 14^th AGM held on Poush 15, 2074. And the shareholders holding the shares of the company prior to the book closure date will be receiving their bonus shares directly into their Demat accounts. NIC Asia Capital is the share registrar of the company. The company has also urged its shareholders who have not opened Demat accounts to open Demat accounts and get their shares dematerialized.
