Sahara Bikas Bank's promoter shares auction bids opened; Find out the cut-off price

The sealed bids received for Sahara Bikas Bank Limited's promoter shares were opened today at NIBL Ace Capital.

The bid-opening was also streamed live via the Facebook page of NIBL Ace Capital.

Sahara Bikas Bank Limited had auctioned its 9,21,148.70 units promoter share to the existing promoters and the general public from Shrawan 30 to Bhadra 8, 2077.

According to the auction manager NIBL Ace Capital, 96 bids were received. The highest bid was Rs. 113 per unit and the lowest bid was Rs. 100. The tentative cut-off price is Rs. 103 (still on verification/ reconciliation). We will update this article if we get any corrections from NIBL Ace Capital after they verify it.
