Sagarmatha Insurance compensates 25 beneficiaries; Compensation amounts Rs 31 crore to Varun Developers
Sagarmatha Insurance has provided Rs 31 crore to Varun Developers as compensation of the 2072 earthquake. Also, the company has made settlement of 2,800 claims of the 2072 earthquake.
The company claimed that it provided compensation to 25 claimants who sought more than Rs 1 crore in compensation.
The beneficiaries include Varun Developers, which constructed the Park Horizon Apartments in Dhapasi to whom Rs 31 crore was provided. Along with this, the company provided compensation to Westar Properties Pvt. Ltd., Shangrila Housing Pvt. Ltd., Unique Hydel Co. Ltd., Krishna Bahadur Gurung and Bajra & Shangrila Residency Pvt. Ltd. amounting Rs 19.76 crore, Rs 6.87 crore, Rs 5.96 crore, Rs 5.55 crore and Rs 5.00 crore, respectively.
