RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha to distribute bonus shares directly into Demat accounts

RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (RSDC) will be distributing its bonus shares directly into the Demat accounts of the shareholders. The microfinance company had declared 13% bonus shares in its 4^th AGM held on Mangsir 8, 2074. And the shareholders holding the shares of the company prior to the book closure date will be receiving their bonus shares directly into their Demat accounts. The book closure date for the AGM was set from Kartik 24 to Mangsir 8, 2074. Thus only those shareholders owning their shares till one day ahead of the book closure date, i.e. till Kartik 23, 2074 are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed dividends. NIBL Ace Capital is the share registrar of the company. The company has also urged its shareholders who have not opened Demat accounts to open Demat accounts and get their shares dematerialized.
