Ridi Hydropower to distribute cash dividend warrant from today

Ridi Hydropower Limited (RHPC) is distributing cash dividend warrant to its shareholders from today (Mangsir 28, 2072. The hydropower 4th AGM held on Kartik 13 had endorsed 10.526 percent cash dividend to the shareholders from the net profit it earned in the last fiscal year 2071/72. The cash dividend warrant would be distributed from the head office of the company located at Trade tower, Thapathali, Kathmandu. The company has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers.   Notes:

1. Original or Photocopy Share certificate along with citizenship certificate is required to receive cash dividend warrant.
2. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the warrant themselves.
3. The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
