Reminder; Last day to secure 10.5% & 15% stock dividend of ICFC & Multipurpose Finance respectively

Today is the last day to get hold of 10.5% bonus share of ICFC Finance Company Limited (ICFC) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today (Chaitra 14, 2072) is entitled to the bonus share of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from Chaitra 15, 2072 till Chaitra 30, 2072 for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). The finance has stated a net profit of Rs 4.16 crore in the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal year. Similarly, last day to secure 15% bonus share of Multipurpose Finance Company Limited (MPFL) for the fiscal year 2071/72. Only those shareholders owning shares till today is  entitled to the dividend of the company. The register of their shareholders will remain close from tomorrow for the purpose of its upcoming (AGM). Multipurpose Finance had a net loss of Rs 68.38 lakhs in the second quarter of the ongoing fiscal year.
