Reliance Finance Limited to distribute 2.63% cash dividend: Urges its shareholders to dematerialize the share

Reliance Finance Limited (RLFL) has publishes the notice regarding the distribution of 2.63% cash dividend. This cash dividend includes the tax amount on bonus share and cash dividend itself. The dividend is being distributed from today i.e. Shrawan 2, 2076.

The eighth and ninth Annual General Meeting held on Jestha 27, 2076 had endorsed the decision regarding dividend distribution.

The cash dividend will be deposited in the account mention in the DEMAT account of shareholders through IPS system.

Those investors who still have physical certificates  are requested to dematerialize their share as soon as possible.

In addition, those shareholders who have taken loan till Jestha 27, 2076 by the pledging shares will be distributed cash dividend after getting the ‘NO Objection Letter’ from respective bank.
