Public Issue of "NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II" Opening From Today

NMB Capital Limited has published an offer letter to issue the "NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II." The issue will open on 26th Shrawan and close on 31st Shrawan, 2079. If not subscribed by the early closing date, the deadline can be extended till Bhadra 09.
14% of the total 12 crores units i.e 1,68,00,000 units will be allocated to the fund promoter NMB Bank whereas 1% i.e 12 lakh units will be allocated to the fund manager NMB Capital. The remaining 10.2 crore units is for the public issue. Given that each unit has a par value of Rs. 10, the fund is worth Rs. 1.2 Arba.
Applicants apply for a minimum of 100 units to a maximum of 1.2 crore units.
"NMB Sulav Investment Fund - II" is a closed-end fund, meaning it can be traded in NEPSE. The fund has a maturity period of 10 years. As of now, NMB Capital is managing two closed-end funds i.e NMB Hybrid Fund L- 1 (NMBHF1) and NMB 50 (NMB50), and one open-end fund i.e NMB Saral Bachat Fund - E (NMBSBF) in the market.
