Public Issue of 7.5 Crore Units "Nabil Flexi Cap Fund" Mutual Fund Scheme Closing Today

Nabil Investment Banking Limited is closing the issue of its open-end mutual fund scheme "Nabil Flexi Cap Fund." The issue had opened since 23rd Kartik and was supposed to close on 27th Kartik, 2079. However, since the issue manager didn't receive enough application, the issue was extended till today i.e on Mangsir 07.

The issue is of 75,000,000 units worth Rs. 10 per unit. 15% of the total issue i.e. 1,12,50,000 units worth Rs. 11.25 crores have been allocated to the fund promoter Nabil Bank Limited and scheme manager Nabil Investment Banking Limited respectively, whereas from the remaining 6,37,50,000 units, 5 crores units is allocated to the general public in the first phase.

This fund is managed by Nabil Investment Banking Limited and sponsored by Nabil Bank. An investor can apply for a minimum of 100 units and a maximum of 75 lakh units.

According to CDSC, 35,542 applicants have applied for a total of 3,33,77,670 units. This data is current as of 10 AM this morning.
