Promoter Shares of Nabil Bank Limited In Auction From Today
The existing promoter of Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) is auctioning 11,98,531 units of shares to the interested promoter shareholders from today.
Muthoot Finance Limited intends to sell 11,98,531 promoter shares to the existing promoter shareholders. Interested individuals are requested to bid for the auction within 35 days from the date of publication of this notice, i.e., 6th Bhadra, 2082.
The shareholders should submit their bids at the central office of the bank located at Tindhara, Durbarmarg, Kathmandu. If no bids are received from the existing founder shareholders within the mentioned date, then the shares will be later auctioned to the general public.
NABIL closed at Rs. 518.14 yesterday. Meanwhile, NABILP has an LTP of Rs. 301.10.
