Prabhu Capital appointed issue manager for issuing 3 lakh kitta IPO of Asha Laghubitta

Asha Laghubitta has appointed Prabhu Capital as the issue and sales manager for its upcoming 3 lakh unit shares that its first Annual General Meeting had endorsed to offer to general people in IPO. The agreement for the same was signed on Poush 16, 2074 between the CEO of the microfinance company, Mr. Badri Prashad Dulal and Managing Director of Prabhu Capital Limited, Mr. Sujin Shakya. After the capitalization of the proposed IPO, the paid-up capital of the microfinance will reach to Rs 10 crore.
