Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL) has proposed a 5.263% dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77.

The company's 483rd meeting of the board held on Poush 03 has proposed a 0.263% cash dividend and a 5% bonus shares from the paid-up capital. The paid-up capital of the company is Rs. 91,72,81,704. Thus, the cash dividend amounts to Rs. 24,13,900 and the bonus shares are worth Rs. 4,58,64,086.
