NMB Sulav Investment Fund 1 unitholders receive 15% cash dividend from today; urges dematerialization of holdings

NMB Capital Limited had announced 15% cash dividend for the unitholders of NMB Sulav Investment Fund 1 (NMBSF1) out of the profits of FY 75/76.

In a notice published today, the merchant bank has informed the unitholders regarding the distribution of the mentioned dividend. The dividend will be deposited directly in the respective banks of the unitholders from Ashwin 14, 2076 i.e. today, in chronological order. For this purpose, the merchant bank has requested the unitholders to dematerialize their holdings and link their bank accounts to their d-mat accounts.

Further, unitholders who have kept their holding in the mutual fund scheme as collateral will acquired the dividend after receiving the no objection letter or release letter from the respective bank.
