NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1 & NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 reports NAV increased to Rs 14.32 & Rs 10.57 respectively in Mangsir end

NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1 (NMBSF-1) and NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 (NMBHF1), both promoted by NMB Bank Limited, and managed by the bank’s subsidiary NMB Capital Limited have reported increase in its Net Asset Value (NAV).
According to the financial report published today, NMBSF-1 a 5 years close-ended mutual fund scheme’s NAV increased to Rs. 14.32 at the end of Mangsir, 2074 from Rs 14.16 posted in Kartik. The NAV of the fund is above the par value of Rs 10 per unit.
The mutual scheme, which began with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has investment of Rs 50.21 crore in shares of total 59 listed companies and Rs 4.58 crore in public issues, right and bonus share. The fund has set aside Rs 12.50 crore in fixed deposits and Rs 1.40 crore in bonds and debentures.
Out of its total investment in listed shares, NMB Sulav Investment Fund – 1 has bought 30,624 unit shares, the highest shares of Prime Commercial Bank Limited (PCBL).
NMBSF-1 reported net loss of Rs 1.64 crore for the month of Mangsir.
Likewise, NMBHF-1 a 7 years closed-end mutual fund scheme’s NAV increased to Rs. 10.57 at the end of Mangsir, 2074 from Rs 10.47 posted in Kartik. The NAV of the fund is above the par value of Rs 10 per unit.
The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs. 1 arba, has invested Rs 27.86 crore in listed shares, Rs 2.21 crore in public issues and has set Rs 54 crore in fixed income instruments.
NMB Hybrid Fund L-1 reported a net profit of Rs 71.96 lakh in the month of Mangsir compared to net loss of Rs 33.68 lakh in the month of Kartik.
The company has made investment in the shares of 39 listed companies and has bought 29, 805 unit shares, the highest, of Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited (NTC).
