NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1 NAV plunged to Rs 16.86 as on Kartik end; earning surges by 19.70%

NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1 (NMBSF-1), a close-ended 5 years mutual fund scheme promoted by NMB Bank Limited, and operated by the bank’s subsidiary NMB Capital Limited, has reported slight decline in net asset value (NAV).
According to the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV plunged to Rs. 16.86 in Kartik end from Rs. 17.51 on Ashwin end. The NAV of the fund is above the par value of Rs 10 per unit.
The scheme, which was launched with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has invested Rs 82.73 crore in listed shares of 73 listed companies, Rs 1.4 crore on bonds and debentures, Rs. 4.69 crore in public issues, rights shares and bonus shares as on Kartik end.
NMBSF-1 reported a net profit of Rs 10.74 crore for the month of Kartik up from Rs. 8.97 crore in last month. Its profit surges by 19.70 percent.
Out of its total investment in listed shares, NMB Sulav Fund1 has bought 639, 687 unit shares, the highest shares of Nabil Balance Fund-1. However, the fund has invested Rs 3.03 crore in Nepal Doorsanchar Company Limited.
