NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1, Nabil Balanced Fund-1 post slight fall in NAV

Nabil Balanced Fund-1, a close-ended five years mutual fund scheme, has posted a slight fall in its net asset value (NAV). The mutual fund scheme, run by Nabil Investment Banking Limited, reported a decline in NAV to Rs 16.08 at the end of Falgun from the Rs 16.26 posted last month.

According to the financial report published on March 25, Nabil Balanced Fund has invested Rs 79.55 crore in listed shares, Rs 11.44 crore in debentures, and Rs 79.24 crore in non-listed shares. The fund reported a net loss of Rs 8.18 crore, which is an improvement over the loss of Rs 6.84 crore posted last month.

The mutual fund has invested in the shares of 57 listed companies, according to the statement.

Likewise, NMB Sulav Investment Fund-1, a closed-end five years mutual fund scheme managed by NMB Mutual Fund, has reported a decrease in its net asset value (NAV) to 10.32 at the end of Falgun from 10.37 last month.

As per the financial report published on March 24, , the fund has invested Rs 52.50 crore in listed shares, Rs 3.03  crore in public issues and Rs 7.50  crore in deposits. The scheme is at a net loss of Rs 41.75 lakhs this month, an improvement from the loss of Rs 46.37 lakhs reported last month.

The mutual fund has invested in the shares of 59 listed companies, according to the statement.
