NMB Microfinance organizes training program to employees

NMB Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited has organized a training program to educate about the field work and running micro finance programs to employees of the company. The program was inaugurated by the CEO of the company, Mr. Tirtha Ratna Konajo. The training is said to last for 2 days.
Issuing a press statement, it states that, “There is an impending need to develop the Micro finance Sector as it uplifts the economic and development the rural areas. Moreover, the training will inform the participants on the status of financial institutions, current scenario of Micro finance sector in Nepal, importance of trainings to the employees, requisites for working in the Micro finance sector, challenges and problems faced and solutions.”
The employees need to have positive attitude and should able to work in the rural areas, added in the statement.
35 new trainees along with head of Central Office and other department heads and employees participated in the training.
