NMB Capital Distributing Cash Dividend of Its Mutual Funds

NMB Capital Limited is distributing 20% cash dividend of “NMB Hybrid Fund L-1” and 30% cash dividend of "NMB 50" directly to bank accounts of its unitholders. The distribution of the mutual funds' dividend will commence from 6th and 7th Ashwin respectively.

NMB Capital had proposed a 20% cash dividend for NMB Hybrid Fund L- 1 (NMBHF1). The meeting of the board of directors held on Shrawan 32 decided on the matter. This is the dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78. Similarly, NMB Capital also proposed a 30% cash dividend for NMB50. This was also decided by the meeting of the board of directors held on Shrawan 32 and is the dividend for the fiscal year 2077/78.

Bhadra 18 was the book closure date for both the funds' dividends. Thus, unitholders maintained before that day are entitled to the dividend payout

For those who have not authenticated their bank account in their Demat accounts and for those who have not dematerialized their shares, the cash dividend will be distributed only after they complete the necessary procedure. Furthermore, investors who have taken margin loans against the units of the funds are required to present a No Objection Letter or a Release Letter, depending on when they took the loan.
