NMB Bank launches 35 years Home Loan; ensures low EMI obligation for customers

NMB Bank Limited has launched 35 years Home Loan with the objective to help aspiring low to medium income households with the dream of owning a house. This is for the first time in the Nepalese Banking industry that such a long tenured loan is being offered to customers. Issuing a press statement published yesterday, "The loan tenure of 35 years ensures low EMI obligation for customers and is expected to cover a wider mass of people and most importantly shall help customers easily meet the monthly payment requirement."
