NLG Insurance prepares Financial Statement: Neither bonus share nor cash dividend

NLG Insurance Company Limited (NLG) prepares the financial statement for the fiscal year 2074/75 according to format prescribed in directives of Beema Samiti (BSAMITI) and as per the Nepal Financial Reporting Standard (NFRS).

The net profit stands at Rs 24,78,22,502 and Rs 24,76,07,994 according to those two different standard respectively.

Despite of profit, NLG won’t be distributing any dividend, because as per the new rule of BSAMITI the company has to maintain Reserve fund and company will not able to distribute any sort of dividend.
