NIC Asia approves resignation of former CEO and appoints acting CEO

NIC Asia has approved the resignation of Mr. Laxman Risal and appointed Mr. Roshan Kumar Neupane as the acting CEO of the bank.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the 345th board meeting of the bank has approved the resignation of the former CEO. Mr. Risal had resigned from his post following the feud of the bank with the Banker’s Association.
The same meeting of the board has also appointed Mr. Roshan Kumar Neupane as the acting CEO of the bank.
