NIBL Samriddhi Fund & NIBL Pragati Fund NAV decrease to Rs 12.82 & Rs 9.37 respectively in Kartik end

NIBL Samriddhi Fund-1 (NIBSF1), a 7 years closed-end mutual fund scheme managed by NIBL Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nepal Investment Bank, has reported decrease in Net Asset Value (NAV) to Rs 12.82 as on Kartik end from Rs 13.31 last month. The scheme, which was launched with a total fund of Rs 1 arba, has total investments of Rs 95.98 crore in listed shares of 80 listed companies and Rs 5.25 crore in public issues, rights shares and bonus shares and as of Kartik end. NIBSF1 reported a net loss of Rs 3.24 crore for the month of Kartik, from net profit of Rs. 1.71 crore in Ashwin end. Out of its total investment in listed shares, NIBL Samriddhi Fund-1 has bought 15,64,000 unit shares, the highest shares of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme-1. The last traded price (LTP) of NIBSF1 stood at Rs 12.1 as of last trading day. Likewise, NIBL Pragati Fund (NIBLPF), a 7 years closed-end mutual fund scheme managed by NIBL Capital Markets Limited, has also reported decrease in its Net Asset Value (NAV) in Kartik 2074 end. According to the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV was at Rs 9.91 per unit in Ashwin end, as compared to Rs 9.37 in Kartik end. The scheme, which was launched with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has invested Rs 60.73 crore in listed shares of 58 listed companies, Rs 2.92 crore in public issues, rights shares and bonus shares and as of Ashwin end. NIBLPF reported a net loss of Rs 5.09 crore for the month of Kartik. Out of its total investment in listed shares, NIBL Pragati Fund has bought 1.19 lakh unit shares, the highest of Sidhartha Equity Oriented Scheme (SEOS). However, it has its highest investment of Rs 3.57 crore in Natonal Life Insurance Company Limited shares. The last traded price (LTP) of NIBLPF stood at Rs 10.00 as of last trading day.
