NIBL Sambriddhi Fund’s NAV inches up to Rs 13.31 in Ashwin end; NIBL Pragati Fund at Rs 9.91

NIBL Samriddhi Fund-1 (NIBSF1), a 7 years closed-end mutual fund scheme managed by NIBL Capital, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Nepal Investment Bank, has reported increase in Net Asset Value (NAV) to Rs 13.31as on Ashwin end from Rs 12.89 last month. The scheme, which was launched with a total fund of Rs 1 arba, has total investments of Rs 1.02 arba in listed shares of 79 listed companies and Rs 4.38 crore in public issues, rights shares and bonus shares and as of Ashwin end. NIBSF1 reported a net profit of 1.70 crore for the month of Ashwin, from net loss of Rs. 2.50 crore in Bhadra end. Out of its total investment in listed shares, NIBL Samriddhi Fund-1 has bought 15,64,000 unit shares, the highest shares of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme-1. However, the fund has invested the highest amount i.e. Rs 4.24 crore in shares of Asian Life Insurance Company Limited (ALICL). The last traded price (LTP) of NIBSF1 stood at Rs 12.1 as on Kartik 13, 2074. Likewise, NIBL Pragati Fund (NIBLPF),  a 7 years closed-end mutual fund scheme managed by NIBL Capital Markets Limited, has also reported slight growth in its Net Asset Value (NAV) in Ashwin 2074 end. According to the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV was at Rs 9.62 per unit in Bhadra end, as compared to Rs 9.91  in Ashwin end. The scheme, which was launched with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has invested Rs 63.86 crore in listed shares of 55 listed companies, Rs 1.89 crore in public issues, rights shares and bonus shares and as of Ashwin end. NIBLPF reported a net loss of Rs 1.03 crore for the month of Ashwin. Out of its total investment in listed shares, NIBL Pragati Fund has bought 1.19 lakh unit shares, the highest of Sidhartha Equity Oriented Scheme (SEOS). However, it has its highest investment of Rs 3.89 crore in Natonal Life Insurance Company Limited shares. The last traded price (LTP) of NIBLPF stood at Rs 10.01 as on Kartik 12, 2074.
