NIBL Pragati Fund’s NAV slides down to Rs 9.16 in Poush end; NIBL Samriddhi Fund at Rs 12.61

NIBL Pragati Fund (NIBLPF), a 7 years close-end mutual fund scheme managed by NIBL capital, a wholly owned subsidiary of Nepal Investment Bank, has reported a decrease in NAV to Rs 9.16 for the month of Poush from Rs 9.56 as on Mangsir 2074.
The scheme which was launched with a total fund of Rs 75 crore, has total investments of Rs 58.93 crore in listed shares and Rs 5.11 crore in public issues, right shares and bonus shares as of Poush end.
NIBLPF reported a net loss of Rs 6.59 crore for the month of Poush, from net loss of Rs 3.64 crore for the month of Mangsir.
Out of its total investment in listed shares, NIBL Pragati Fund has bought, 1,19,900 units shares, the highest of Siddhartha Equity Oriented Scheme. However, its highest investment of Rs 2.61 crore in 30,173 shares of Nabil Bank Promoters Shares.
The last traded price of NIBLPF stood at Rs 10.00 as on Magh 11, 2074.

Likewise, NIBL Samriddhi Fund-1 (NIBSF1), a 7 year close-end mutual fund scheme managed by NIBL Capital Markets Limited, has also reported decrease in Net Asset Value (NAV) in Poush 2074 end.
According to the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV was at Rs 12.61 per unit, as compared to Rs 13.09 in Mangsir 2074.
The scheme which was with a total fund of Rs 1 arba, has invested Rs 89.36 crore in listed shares and Rs Rs 7.95 crore in public issues, right shares and bonus shares.
NIBSF1 reported a net loss of 5.26 crore for the month of Poush, from net loss of Rs 54.62 lakh for the month of Mangsir.
Out of its total investment in listed shares, NIBL Samriddhi Fund-1 has bought 15,64,000 unit shares, the highest of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme 1. However, its highest investment of Rs 4.02 crore in 42,167 shares of Chilime Hydropower Company Limited.
The last traded price of NIBLSF1 stood at Rs 11.60 as on Magh 11, 2074.
