Newly Listed Company- People's Power Limited's Commercial Production to Start Soon; Look at the Major Financial Highlights of Q1

People's Power Limited (PPL) published the first-quarter report of FY 2079/2080 with a net loss of Rs. 1.45 Lakhs. As per the report published by the company, the company was operating with a net loss of Rs. 21.22 Lakhs in the previous year of relevant quarter.

The company did not generate any sales revenue for this quarter and as per the management statement, this project is in the final stages of construction and commercial production will start soon.

The company earned another income of Rs. 5.05 Lakhs, which has increased by 2716.70% for this quarter.  Likewise, the operating expenses have decreased by 73.73% to stand at Rs. 3.25 Lakhs.

Management commitment: The management is always committed to maintaining corporate governance in the company. The board of directors has been passing and implementing timely policy guidelines to manage the company's operations and minimize various risks. In addition, the work has been carried out according to the prevailing laws, instructions received from the regulatory bodies and suggestions of the auditor.

Recently, 63,26,000 unit IPO shares of PPL have also been listed in NEPSE. This includes the shares held by promoters and the quantity issued to the general public and project-affected locals.
