Nepse plunges to 364.69 Point.

Nepse further plunged by 7.31 point to close trading at 364.69- point from opening of 372-point. All the six sectors, including banks that dropped by 10.12 point to close at 313.33 point, ended in the red zone pulling the overall Nepse to the lowest of 364.69-point due to negative sentiments of the investors. Securities Board of Nepal — regulatory authority of capital market — and Nepal Rastra Bank — regulatory authority of financial market that has highest domination in the secondary market — could not boost the confidence of the investors in the recent weeks making them more nervous. Unilever Nepal lost Rs 120 per unit share pulling the manufacturing subgroup by 6.23 point, whereas Standard Chartered Bank Nepal and Everest Bank lostRs 63 and Rs 62 per unit of their shares to pull the banking sector by 10.12 point. Similarly, Nepal Telecom lost Rs 8 per unit to pull the others sector by 9.39 point. Priyanka Jha
