Nepse Index rises by 8.10 points with turnover of Rs 92.84 crore; 3.81 lakh unit shares of BOKL traded today

The benchmark index at Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) went up by 8.10 points or 0.45% to close at 1806.60 points. Nepse Index opened at 1798.29 points and was seen on upward trend. 381,177 unit shares of  Bank Of Kathmandu Lumbini Limited, 42,200 unit shares of Siddhartha Investment Growth Scheme (SIGS1) and 34,392 unit shares of Nepal Bangladesh Bank Limited (NBB) were traded more today. Kalika Microcredit Development Bank Limited (KMCDB), Sewa Bikas Bank Limited (SEWA), Jyoti Bikas Bank Limited (JBBL) and Kumari Bank Limited (KBL) hit circuit break today. The total turnover of the day stood above Rs 92.84 crore, where more than 10.18 lakh units shares were traded through 4,303 transactions. Sensitive index and float index went up by 2.1 and 0.82 points respectively. Except Insurance, Hydropower and Manufacturing & Production sectors, all sectors at Nepse landed on green.
