Nepal Stock Exchange notifies listed companies to pay renewal fee

Nepal Stock Exchange Limited (NEPSE) has published a notice regarding payment of renewal fee for all the listed companies. Securities Exchange Regulation 2050, annex-9 states that all the listed companies required to pay the renewal fee by Ashwin end. All the listed companies in NEPSE have to pay the renewal fee in its account no. 7501010000775, Global IME Bank Limited, Kamalpokhari, Kathmandu and its branch offices .Also the listed companies are requested to attach the original voucher while paying. The share transaction will be halted if payment is not done timely.
