Sarathi Equity Fund Approves 10% Cash Dividend at 2nd AGM

Sarathi Equity Fund Limited has approved a 10% cash dividend for shareholders at its second Annual General Meeting (AGM) held at Hotel Badrinath in Gaushala, Kathmandu.

The meeting also endorsed the company’s annual financial statements and audit report, approved the appointment of Bhawani Ghimire (Thapa) as an independent director, and appointed an auditor for the upcoming fiscal year.

The AGM was chaired by company chairman Krishna Prasad Neupane. Managing Director Kosharaj Subedi addressed shareholders’ queries, while company secretary Asmita Gautam conducted the meeting.

The company plans to expand its investments through portfolio diversification, risk management and a focus on long-term returns. It also aims to obtain a Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) licence for private equity and venture capital activities, with plans to invest in technology-driven businesses, innovative enterprises and sectors with sustainable growth potential.
