Nepal Rastra Bank approves 13.684% proposed dividend of Pokhara Finance; Distribution after approval from upcoming AGM

Nepal Rastra Bank has provided approval to the 13.684% proposed dividend of Pokhara Finance Limited (PFL).
The finance company has announced 8.684% cash dividend worth Rs 7.09 crore and 5% bonus shares worth Rs 4.08 crore.
Currently, the paid-up capital of the finance company stands at Rs 81.64 crore which will reach Rs 85.72 crore after the adjustment.
The dividend will be distributed after approval from the upcoming AGM of the finance company.
