National Hydropower earns Rs 3.006 crore in Q1; Reserve fund reaches to Rs.33.94 crore

National Hydropower Company Limited (NHPC) has posted Rs 3.006 crore net profit for the first quarter of the current fiscal year 2072/73. Publishing the unaudited financial report for the first quarter today, the hydropower company has stated that its operating profit remains at Rs. 4.25 crore in the current quarter NHPC has sold Rs 5.52 crore worth of electricity in the current fiscal year 2072/73. It’s reserve fund stand at Rs. 33.94 crore as per the first quarter report. The company has made investment in shares of Rs.35 crore. Its paid up share capital remains at Rs. 1.38arba. Its annualized Earning Per Share (EPS) stand atRs.8.85, net worth per share stand at Rs 121.42and P/E ratio at 11.97times.
