Nagbeli Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha will be distributing its bonus shares directly into the Demat accounts of the shareholders.
The microfinance company had declared 45.60% bonus shares in its 8th AGM held on Mangsir 25, 2074. And the shareholders holding the shares of the company prior to the book closure date will be receiving their bonus shares directly into their Demat accounts.
NMB Capital is the share registrar of the company.
The company has also urged its shareholders who have not opened Demat accounts to open Demat accounts and get their shares dematerialized.
