Nadep Laghubitta to close its book on Mangsir 07 for 100% right issue

Nadep Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Limited (NADEP) will be closing its book on Mangsir 07, 2075 for floating its 100% right shares.
As per the notice published in NEPSE, the shareholders holding the shares of the company till Mangsir 06 will be able to apply for the 1:1 right shares.
After the adjustment of 100% right shares, the paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 32 crore.
