Nabil Equity Fund’s NAV decreases to Rs 8.59 for Ashoj; Citizen Investment Trust remains the highest invested company

Nabil Equity Fund (NEF), a closed-end seven years mutual fund scheme managed by Nabil Investment Banking Limited has posted slight decrease in its Net Asset Value by Rs 0.12 per unit.
According to the financial report published today, the mutual fund scheme’s NAV decreased to Rs 8.59 at the end of Ashoj, 2075 from Rs 8.71 posted in previous month.
The NAV of the fund is below the par value of Rs 10 per unit.
The scheme, which began with a total fund of Rs 1.25 arba, has investment of Rs 65.22 crore in 55 listed companies’ shares and Rs 18.92 crore in fixed deposits as of Ashoj end.
The fund reported a net loss of Rs 91.69 lakh in Ashoj from net profit of Rs 57.09 lakh in the last month.
Out of its total investment in listed shares, Nabil Equity Fund has invested the highest amount in the 22,423 unit shares worth Rs 5.22 crore of Citizen Investment Trust.
