Nabil Bank to distribute 15% cash dividend warrant from today; urges shareholders to open Demat account

Nabil Bank Limited (NABIL) is distributing 15 percent cash dividend to its shareholders from today. Those shareholders providing account number will get cash dividend in their respective account. The bank has published the list stating the distribution date as per the shareholders numbers. These shareholders will get cash dividend warrant from the bank. The cash dividend warrant would be distributed from 10:00 AM to 3:00 PM Sunday through Thursday and from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM on Friday at its share registrar Nabil Investment Banking Limited, Narayanchaur, Naksal, Kathmandu. Also Nabil Bank has requested its shareholders to open demat account at its registrar office Nabil Investment Banking Limited located at Narayanchaur, Kathmandu as the company is transferring  its 30 percent bonus share after listed in  Nepal Stock exchange . Notes:

1. Original or Photocopy of share certificate along with citizenship certificate and Demat account confirmation letter or Demat statement is required to receive cash dividend warrant.
2. Letter of authorization along with photocopy of identity card of authorized person must be presented if the shareholders cannot pick up the warrant themselves.
3. The signature in the letter of authorization must match the signature in the company’s record.
4. The cash dividend of shareholders possessing Debit (prepaid) card will have their money directly transfer to their respective account.
5. BFIs, having membership of Nepal Clearing House Limited (NCHL), will have the cash dividend directly transferred to the respective shareholders account.
