Monetary policy to be unveiled today at Hotel Radisson at 1 PM

Monetary policy for FY 2074/75 is going to be released by Nepal Rastra Bank (NRB) today. The program will be held at Hotel Radisson at 1 PM. The BOD meeting of NRB held yesterday has finalized the monetary policy. Deputy Spokesperson of Nepal Rastra Bank said, “Monetary policy is going to be release today in Hotel Radission at 1 PM.” Monetary policy may introduce new instruments to manage liquidity. Similarly, NRB will also penalize companies which will not able to increase their capital within the time frame allocated. Likewise, NRB is also bringing necessary provisions to force merger the companies not able to increase their capital.
