Mirmire Laghubitta earns Rs 2.17 crore in Q1; NPL rises to 2.72% with new worth per share of Rs 137.80

Mirmire Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha (MMFDB) has published its first-quarter report of FY 2077/2078 with a slight increase in Net Profit by 1.73%. As per the report published by the company, the net profit increased to Rs. 2.17 crores as compared to Rs. 2.13 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The borrowings of the company increased by 73.78% to Rs. 2.83 Arba which was Rs. 1.63 Arba in the corresponding quarter of the previous year. Similarly, the deposit grew by 86.05% to Rs. 1.56 Arba. With the increment in funds, the company’s loans and advances also increased by 89.23% to Rs. 4.65 Arba in this quarter.
The net interest income (core revenue) has increased by 21.10% to Rs. 6.18 crores compared to Rs. 5.10 crores in the corresponding quarter of the previous year.
The paid-up capital of the company stood at Rs. 40.24 crores in this quarter and its reserve and surplus increased to Rs. 15.20 crores.
Its annualized earnings per share (EPS) stands at Rs. 21.61. The net worth per share stood at Rs. 137.03. The company traded at a P/E multiple of 42.03 times.
