Mega Bank’s Branch Less Banking BLB Outlets reaches 53

Mega Bank is providing Branch Less Banking (BLB) services from 18 districts, outside the valley. Last week the Bank opened a BLB outlet at Ghailabainiya VDC of Kailali District. The Bank initiated its BLB services 4 years ago, in the years to come the Bank aims to add 23 more BLB outlets, Mr. Anil Keshary Shah, CEO of the Bank informed. He added that in two years time BLB outlets of the Bank will reach to 76. The BLB Service has been established for the convenience of the people in the rural areas where banking services has not reached. Mr. Shah added that there has been active participation of rural populace in availing the BLB services.
