Manjushree Finance issuing 5% right shares from today; offer ends on Baisakh 12

Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL) is issuing 100:5 (5%) right share to its shareholders from today (Chaitra 8, 2074). The rights issue will remain open for 35 days before closing on Baisakh 12, 2075. Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) had given final approval to issue 5% right shares of Manjushree Finance Limited (MFIL) on Magh 9, 2074. The finance company had set the book closure date on Falgun 9, 2074. Thus, only those shareholders holding their shares till Falgun 8 i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date or last trading day are eligible to apply for the right share. MFIL is issuing 3,62,190 units (5%) right shares of worth Rs 3,62,19,000 to its existing shareholders at a face value of Rs 100 per share. The issue manager for the right issue is NIBL Ace Capital Limited. Interested applicants can collect application forms from NIBL Ace Capital Limited Lazimpath, Kathmandu and from designated branches of SIFC. Also, applicants can submit through online of ASBA approved BFIs. Its paid up capital stand at Rs 72.43 crore which will hike to Rs 80.40 crore after adjustment of 5% right and 6% bonus shares that the finance had announced from the net profit of the FY 2073/74. It had earned Rs 4.14 crore in the second quarter of the FY 2074/75. Its LTP stood at Rs 121 as of last trading day.
