Mahila Sahayatra Microfinance distributing 5% cash dividend to shareholders from Falgun 30

Mahila Sahayatra Microfinance Bittiya Sanstha Limited (MSMBS) has published a notice regarding 5% cash dividend that the company announced to distribute from the net profit of FY 2073/74. As per the notice published by the microfinance company today, issue manager of MSMBS, Siddhartha Capital Limited, Naxal will be transferring the cash dividend in the respective bank account of the shareholders through IPS from Chaitra 4, only for those who have dematerialize their shares. Those who are yet to dematerialize their shares are requested to visit capital and collect the cheque accordingly from Falgun 30, 2074. See notice here:
