Machhapuchchhre Capital, Kriti Capital and BOK Capital announce AGM; Former two in merger process with each other

Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited and Kriti Capital & Investment Limited have both announced their respective AGM on Mangsir 04, i.e. November 19.
Kriti Capital's AGM will be hosted online from JDA Building, Sundhara while Machhapuchchhre Capital's AGM will be held from MBL Tower, Lazimpat. Both their AGM will commence at 3 pm that day.
Machhapuchchhre Capital Limited and Kriti Capital & Investment Limited are under merger procedures. After the merger, both the companies will commence their joint transaction under the name Machhapuchchhre Kriti Capital Limited (MKCL).
Thus, both the AGMs will discuss, endorse, and approve the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and the swap ratio determined by the Due Diligence Report (DDR) and other parameters. Meanwhile, Machhapuchchhre Capital will also endorse a 6.4% cash dividend for the fiscal year 2076/77 in its AGM.
Furthermore, BOK Capital Market Limited has also announced its 5th AGM on 5th Mangsir, 2077, i.e. November 20. The AGM will be hosted online from the company office in Kamaladi. The AGM will commence at 1 pm that day.
Among other proposals, BOK Capital's AGM will endorse a 4.5% cash dividend worth Rs. 94.5 lakhs for the fiscal year 2076/77.
