Lumbini General Insurance successfully convenes 15th AGM; approves 8.125% bonus shares and elects 2 new BoDs

Lumbini General Insurance has convened its 15^th AGM on Asad 24, 2077 under the leadership of its chairman Mr. Manohar Das Mul.

The AGM has endorsed the board’s decision to provide 8.125% bonus shares and a cash dividend of Rs 42.90 lakh for tax purposes.

The AGM has endorsed all the financial reports and highlights of the previous FY and also elected two new BoDs Mr. Ganesh Raj Regmi and Mr. Kamal Bhattarai for a new tenure.

During the last fiscal year, the non-life insurance company had collected Rs 1.36 arba in insurance premium, as per the media statement.
