Lumbini General Insurance conducts training for insurance agents

Lumbini General Insurance Company Limited (LGIL) has successfully conducted 20 hours training program for the insurance agents in Kathmandu. The training progam was conducted for 3 days Mangsir 23, 24 and 25 as per the directives issued by the Insurance Board. As per the press release issued by the insurance company today, almost 50 people from different parts of the nation were the beneficiaries of the program. The training program highlighted  the issues of history of development, basic principles and risks management in insurance, types of insurance, documentations and charges applied for insurance, process of insurance claim, legal provisions on insurance agents, ethics and directives from Insurance Board. The insurance firm expects to expand its business and to create employment opportunities at local level through this training program.
