Life Insurance Corporation transferred 12% bonus shares directly to shareholders demat account; urges investors to dematerialize shares if pending

Life Insurance Corporation (Nepal) Limited (LICN) has transferred 12% bonus shares to their shareholders demat account directly. This bonus shares was of FY 2073/74.

This bonus agendas was approved on 16^th AGM and this bonus shares is already listed and registered on NEPSE and CDSC.

As per the notice published by Nepal SBI Merchant Banking Limited, for those who are yet to dematerialize their shares, the company has urged them to first dematerialize shares to receive bonus shares on demat account.
