Life Insurance Corporation Nepal has convened its 16th AGM on Chaitra 4, 2075 which has endorsed all its financial highlights of the previous fiscal year and the board’s decision to provide 12% bonus shares and 0.63% cash dividend for tax purpose.
The life insurance company had sold more than 1.78 lakh insurance policies in the previous fiscal year and had raised Rs 263 crore in insurance premium, as mentioned in the statement.
