Laxmi Value Fund & Laxmi Equity Fund reported net loss of Rs 1.31 crore & Rs 4.44 crore respectively; NAV at Rs 11.53 & Rs 9.62

Laxmi Value Fund-1 (LVF1), a closed-end 5 years mutual fund scheme managed by Laxmi Capital Market Limited, has reported Rs 0.28 per unit fall in its Net Asset Value (NAV) in Kartik 2074. Its NAV has fall to Rs 11.53 in Kartik end from Rs 11.81 in the month of Ashwin. The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs 50 crore, has invested Rs 36.86 crore in the shares of 42 listed companies and Rs 54,440 in public issues. The scheme has invested in 5.11 lakh kitta shares of 42 listed companies as of Kartik 2074 end. Out of its total investment in listed shares, Laxmi Value Fund-1 has bought 48,385 shares, the highest of Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA). Similarly, Laxmi Equity Fund (LEMF), a closed-end 7 years equity oriented mutual fund scheme also managed by Laxmi Capital Market Limited, has reported Rs 0.33 per unit decrease in its Net Asset Value (NAV) in Kartik, 2074. Its NAV has decreased to Rs 9.62 in Kartik end from Rs 9.95 in the month of Ashwin, 2074. The scheme, which began with a fund size of Rs 1.25 arba, has invested Rs 62.14 crore in the shares of listed companies and Rs 1.35 lakh in public issues. The scheme has invested in 8.46 lakh kitta shares of 49 listed companies as of Kartik end, 2074. Out of its total investment in listed shares, Laxmi Equity Fund has bought 45,809 shares, the highest of Sanima Bank Limited (SANIMA). It has set aside Rs 25 crore in fixed deposit account while it has Rs 32.93 crore left as bank balance. It has reported net loss of Rs 4.44 crore in the month of Kartik, 2074.
