Laxmi Bank to convene its 18th AGM on Magh 28, 2075; Shareholders to receive 8.50% bonus shares

Laxmi Bank (LBL) will be convening its 18th AGM on Magh 28, 2075. The AGM will be convened in the premises of Agrawal Bhawan, Kamalpokhari - Kathmandu at 2 PM.

The main agendas of the meeting include:

• Endorsement of 8.50% bonus shares worth Rs 69.88 crore and 0.45% cash dividend for tax purpose.
• To establish a subsidiary company or start joint venture company to work as Life Insurance, Non-life insurance, Re-insurance, stock broker, stock exchange, Fintech, Venture capital/private equity/hedge fund and credit rating under the prevailing laws
  To provide authority to the BOD to make decisions regarding merger and acquisition
• Other agendas of the meeting include endorsement of the audited financial report for the FY 2074/75, the appointment of the statutory auditor for the FY 2075/76 and distribution.

The book closure date for the bonus shares is stated on Magh 14, 2075 (January 28, 2019).
