Last day to submit bids for auctioned promoter shares of Surya Life Insurance and Citizen Investment Trust; Both being auctioned by NIC Asia Bank

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) is selling 41,400 units promoter shares of Surya Life Insurance Company Limited in the auction to the general public from Falgun 19, 2076 to Falgun 29, 2076 i.e Today.

The minimum bid price had been set at Rs.275 per unit. The minimum bid quantity is 100 units and the maximum is 41,400 units.

NIC Asia Capital is the issue manager of the auction.

NIC Asia Bank Limited (NICA) is selling 1,66,032 units promoter shares of Citizens Investment Trust (CIT) in auction to the general public from Falgun 19, 2076 to Falgun 29, 2076 i.e Today.

The minimum bid rate is set at Rs 2000. Therefore, all the bids must be placed at Rs 2000 or above. Similarly, the minimum bid quantity is 100 units and maximum of 1.66 lakh units.
