Last day to secure 20% bonus shares of Muktinath Bikas Bank; LTP at Rs 560

Today is the last day to grab dividend of Muktinath Bikas Bank Limited (MNBBL). It had announced 20% bonus and 1.05% cash dividend to its shareholders from the net profit it had earned in the FY 2073/74. The book closure date for the AGM has been set on Poush 7 to Poush 19, 2074. Thus, only those shareholders holding their shares till Poush 6, 2074 i.e. one day ahead of the book closure date are eligible to participate in the AGM and proposed dividend. It will be convening 11^th Annual General Meeting (AGM) on Poush 19, 2074. The AGM is going to be held at Hotel Grand Pokhara, Pokhara at 11:00 AM. MNBBL has earned net profit of Rs 49.63 crore in the fourth quarter of the fiscal year 2073/74 as per unaudited report. Its paid up capital after issuance of 40% right share is Rs 2.15 arba. After distribution of 20% bonus share, the paid up capital will reach Rs 2.58 arba. Its LT P stood at Rs 560 as of last trading day.
